Would Tucker Carlson moderate GOP debates if X is involved?

Hey, did you catch this week’s debate? Vivek Ramaswamy is all for Tucker Carlson moderating a future Republican debate, saying it would bring in major ratings – and it looks like Tucker is actually considering it!

According to sources close to the situation, Vivek has expressed his desire for Tucker to moderate directly to him. And while Tucker likes the idea, he’s not too keen on doing it on a traditional TV network.

In fact, Tucker had already spoken to GOP officials about the possibility back in the summer after leaving Fox News. However, he wasn’t interested in getting back into the corporate media game, which he feels is too cozy with the RNC.

So, for the dream of Vivek and Tucker moderating a GOP debate to come true, it would have to air exclusively on X. And while Elon Musk might be all for it, the real potential benefit for the RNC could be attracting Donald Trump, who has been notably absent from past debates.

In fact, there’s a feeling that Tucker’s involvement might just be the thing to get Trump to participate, which would certainly shake things up.

This whole situation arose after GOP candidate Vivek took some shots at NBC’s Lester Holt, Hugh Hewitt, and Kristen Welker during Wednesday night’s third battle of Republican candidates. And let’s just say, the journalists got off easy compared to Ramaswamy’s attack on Nikki Haley. He referred to her as “Dick Cheney in 3-inch heels.”

So, yeah, Tucker Carlson would definitely bring a different kind of discourse to the table!

All in all, it sounds like there’s a possibility of some big changes in the world of political debates, and it’ll be interesting to see how it all plays out.
