Shannon Beador Arrested for DUI and Hit-and-Run After Allegedly Crashing into a Home

In a shocking turn of events, Shannon Beador, star of “The Real Housewives of Orange County,” was arrested for DUI and hit-and-run on Saturday evening. It is alleged that she clipped a home in Newport Seaside, California before attempting to drive away. However, she ended up parking her car in the middle of the road, with her dog in tow, according to TMZ.

The police were called to the scene and discovered Beador behaving erratically, as if she was taking a leisurely stroll. It didn’t take long for them to realize that she was intoxicated and took her into custody. The Newport Seaside PD reported that Beador was booked on two misdemeanors – hit-and-run and DUI alcohol. Furthermore, her car was seized as part of the investigation.

Representatives for Beador have not yet responded to requests for comment from Page Six. The reality star was cited and released without having to pay bail.

This incident comes at a difficult time for Beador, who recently went through a breakup with John Janssen, her partner of 3-and-a-half years. In July, Page Six reported that Beador had to be removed from a bar after engaging in a heated argument with Janssen’s daughter. However, Janssen clarified that everyone had to leave because the venue was closing, not just Beador.

Despite the ups and downs, Beador and Janssen appeared to have reconciled and were seen enjoying a friendly dinner together. It is unclear if her Instagram posts were taken on the same night as the argument or at a later date.

On a recent episode of “The Real Housewives of Orange County,” co-star Gina Kirschenheiter expressed concern for Beador’s drinking habits, suggesting that she needed professional help. Kirschenheiter emotionally stated in a confessional, “Shannon says things, and then she wants to pretend that she didn’t do it. If you can say things that are that hurtful and not even remember you said it, you need to check yourself into rehab.”

This recent incident adds to the challenges that Beador has been facing in her personal life. Hopefully, she can receive the support and guidance she needs to overcome these difficulties.
