Taylor Swift slays charts, ties with Elvis, with ‘1989 (Taylor’s Version)’

Taylor Swift's re-release of "1989 (Taylor's Version)" is back on the Billboard 200 chart, tying her with Elvis Presley for most weeks at No. 1. Congratulations, Taylor! Keep slaying!

The 34-year-old songstress’ latest release 1989 (Taylor’s Version) is making a comeback on the Billboard 200 albums chart, just in time for her birthday (talk about the best gift ever!). This is the fourth non-consecutive week for the re-release, which dropped in October. Looks like Taylor is really giving the people what they want!

But wait, it gets even better. Not only is Taylor reclaiming her throne with 1989 (Taylor’s Version), but she’s also dominating the Top 10 with not one, not two, but three albums. Yep, you heard that right! Midnights and Lover are sitting at No. 3 and No. 7, respectively, on the chart ending December 21st. Can we get a round of applause for the queen of pop?

And if that’s not impressive enough, 1989 (Taylor’s Version) returning to the top has caused Taylor to tie a record held by none other than the King himself – Elvis Presley! The legendary Elvis and our girl Taylor now share the title for the most weeks a solo artist has spent in the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200 chart. It’s like they’re in a friendly competition for the crown!

But hold on, the race ain’t over yet. If Taylor stays at No. 1 for the next week, she’ll surpass the “Blue Suede Shoes” crooner and claim the throne all for herself. Can you imagine the celebration? We can already hear all the Swifties cheering from miles away!

Now, we do have to give credit where credit is due. The Beatles still hold the all-time record for an artist holding that spot at 132 weeks. But hey, Taylor is not one to back down from a challenge, so who knows what the future holds? Maybe she’ll break that record too. Never say never, right?

So, let’s raise a glass (or a cup of tea, if you’re Taylor) and congratulate the one and only Taylor Swift on yet another groundbreaking achievement!! Keep slaying, Taylor. We’ll be here cheering you on every step of the way!
