Trixie Mattel and her partner David Silver are back with an exciting new project for HGTV! The stars of “Trixie Motel” and motel owners are set to renovate their first home together in the upcoming series “Trixie Motel: Drag Me Home”. With a runtime of four hour-long episodes, the show will be executive produced by Drew and Jonathan Scott through their Scott Brothers Entertainment banner!

So, what can viewers expect from this new series? The synopsis reveals that Trixie and David, known for pushing boundaries in their motel renovations, will now take on the challenge of home ownership and cohabitation as they purchase their dream home in Los Angeles. But of course, the house will need some revamping to make it fit for a queen.

Loren Ruch, Head of Content at HGTV, shared his excitement about the show, stating, “Trixie Motel quickly became a fan favorite program tapping into the outrageous vision that Trixie and David brought to life while also showing the sweet dynamic of their real-life relationship. Now we’ll get to check in on the couple’s progress as motel proprietors and watch them navigate the highs and lows of a personal renovation project while moving in together for the first time.”
