Is Bobby Brazier’s partnership with Dianne Buswell a total ‘mismatch’ according to Strictly fans?

Strictly Come Dancing fans have noticed a concerning sign regarding Bobby Brazier’s partnership with Dianne Buswell on the show. Despite receiving positive feedback on their Foxtrot performance last night, viewers believe that there is a major issue that could hinder their chances of winning the Glitterball trophy. The problem? Bobby’s height and Dianne’s lack thereof.

Fans took to social media to voice their concerns about the noticeable height difference between the pair. One fan tweeted, “Christ Dianne, what was this routine, frantic and messy and more American Smooth than Foxtrot. Also, why have they been paired together when height-wise it’s a total mismatch! #Strictly.” Another fan commented, “I don’t know if it’s just me, but Bobby feels a little bit too tall for Dianne.” A third added, “Is Bobby really tall or is Dianne very short?”

While Bobby impressed the judges and placed joint second on the leaderboard, alongside three other contestants, fans worry that their height difference may create problems in future routines. One fan predicted, “I know everyone wanted Bobby and Dianne, but the height difference will cause issues.”

In the first performances of the season, Casualty star Nigel Harman topped the leaderboard with 32 points, while Bobby was among the top performers with three other contestants, scoring 29 points. Following closely were Angela Rippon and Annabel Croft with 28 points. Angela Scanlon achieved 23 points, while comedian Eddie Kadi and Channel 4 news presenter Krishnan Guru-Murthy earned 22 points. Paralympian Jody Cundy scored 21 points, and Adam Thomas and Zara McDermott both managed 18.

The show will return on Saturday for the second performances, after which the voting will open. On Sunday night, the first celebrity will be eliminated from the competition.

As fans eagerly await the next episode, it remains to be seen how Bobby and Dianne will tackle the height difference and continue to impress both the judges and viewers. Stay tuned for more Strictly drama and don’t forget to share your thoughts on our Facebook page @EntertainmentDailyFix.
