Is Yung Bleu innocent of family violence battery after his arrest and a statement?

Yung Bleu has released a statement proclaiming his innocence after he was arrested for family violence battery. The incident reportedly took place on October 15, according to TMZ. The details of the alleged incident are as follows.

Officers from the Hall County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call from an unidentified woman on October 15. She informed them that Yung Bleu, whose real name is Jeremy Biddle, had arrived at her home unannounced. The woman claimed that the artist tried to leave the residence with a 10-year-old child.

During the argument that ensued between her and Yung Bleu, the artist allegedly picked her up and threw her to the ground, resulting in injuries to her right arm and hip. Yung Bleu then left the residence with the child, only to return shortly after and leave again.

The woman refused to be transported to a hospital for her injuries when an EMS crew evaluated her. Yung Bleu reportedly agreed to meet with deputies in person and was subsequently arrested for misdemeanor battery. He was booked into the Hall County Jail around 2:30 a.m.

Yung Bleu was released from jail a few days later after posting $2,400 bail. He has been charged with “battery family violence act,” which is the identical charge of battery in Georgia but implies a familial connection between the accused and the alleged victim.

Yung Bleu took to Instagram to share a now-deleted statement addressing the reports of his arrest. He dismissed them as “fake news” and “slander.” The artist emphasized that he cherishes women and asserts his complete innocence.

While some outlets have speculated that the alleged incident involved his wife and the mother of two of his younger children, Tiemeria, the nature of the relationship between the alleged victim and Yung Bleu remains unclear.

It is essential to note that Yung Bleu shares an older son with a former girlfriend named Shunna Phillips. The details surrounding the incident are still emerging, and investigations are ongoing.

“I’m About to turn in this last album before I 100% own all my music catalogue. .. Just built my own 2 million dollar facility & started my own recording… So y’all know the storm coming. the FAKE NEWS, the slander… I cherish women. I’m completely innocent.”
