Guess who’s going back to school – Jonathan Majors for domestic violence counseling!

Jonathan Majors, known for his roles in Marvel and Lovecraft Country, has been sentenced to probation in a domestic violence case. Find out more here.

So, it turns out that Jonathan Majors has been sentenced to probation in his domestic violence case. The 34-year-old actor got in trouble for assaulting his former girlfriend, Grace Jabbari, and now he has to attend one year of domestic violence counseling.

Can you imagine being an actor with a career on the rise and then bam, domestic violence allegations hit you like a ton of bricks? Majors faced the possibility of spending a year behind bars, but luckily for him, he got off with just counseling.

Picture this: Majors, looking all serious in a blue and white coat and sunglasses, showing up to Manhattan Criminal Court with his current girlfriend, actress Meagan Good. Drama in real life can sometimes be more intense than on-screen, am I right?

Jabbari, the victim in this case, gave an emotional statement in court, basically calling Majors out for not taking responsibility for his actions. She even warned the court that he could hurt other women in the future. Talk about a plot twist in a courtroom drama!

The Assistant District Attorney was not having it either. She asked the judge to give Majors a choice between attending a year-long domestic violence program or spending 26 weeks in jail. Can you imagine choosing between counseling or a cell? Tough call, for sure.

In the end, the judge decided that jail time wasn’t necessary for Majors. Instead, he’ll be attending that one-year battery program and continuing his therapy. And get this, Majors also has to pay $250 for a protection order for Jabbari. Ouch, that’s gonna hurt more than his wallet!

So how did we get to this point? Majors, known for his roles in Marvel’s Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania and TV’s Lovecraft Country, got into a heated argument with Jabbari in a livery car. She testified that he hit her, twisted her arm, and even fractured her finger. Yikes, talk about a wild ride in a Uber!

But hey, not everything was smooth sailing for Majors during the trial. His attorney tried to paint him as the victim and Jabbari as the aggressor. Classic courtroom drama move, right?

And as if things weren’t already messy, Majors got accused of “extreme abuse” by past partners in a Rolling Stone article. Disney even cut ties with him after the guilty verdict, pulling him out of future Marvel projects. Looks like the battle for the universe will have to wait for another hero.

In the midst of all this chaos, Majors finally broke his silence in an interview, claiming he was reckless with hearts, not bodies. Bold move, my guy.

But wait, there’s more! Jabbari ended up suing Majors for defamation over that very same interview. Looks like this drama just keeps on giving.

In a statement before sentencing, Majors’s attorney mentioned that the actor finds strength in his friends, fans, family, and dogs. Dogs, really? Well, they do say a dog is a man’s best friend.

As Majors left court, he stayed silent. Maybe he’s already plotting his comeback or planning his next blockbuster role. Or maybe he’s just thinking about how he can avoid livery cars in the future. Who knows? The show must go on!
