Somebody call JARVIS! A brand new suit design for MCU’s Ironheart has been revealed on official merch for the crew of the Disney Plus show.
Dominique Thorne’s Ironheart was a breakout character in last year’s Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. However, despite having her own Disney Plus series on the horizon, there’s been almost no news about the character’s MCU future. Luckily for fans, it seems as though crew merch that has been leaked onto eBay has finally revealed the official design of her suit in the series.
This suit certainly strays closer to the comic design of Ironheart than Black Panther: Wakanda Forever did. It’s unclear whether this will be the suit Dominique Thorne dons at the series’ start or at its conclusion. However, it certainly seems news about the MCU’s upcoming Disney Plus project will start releasing soon.
Who else is attached to the Ironheart series?
Ironheart follows Riri Williams, a brilliant MIT student who creates the most advanced suit of armor since the one worn by Tony Stark, a.k.a. Iron Man. Thorne made her first appearance as Ironheart in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.
Chinaka Hodge is the head writer of the Ironheart series while Sam Bailey and Angela Barnes serve as directors. Hodge is also executive producing the project alongside Ryan Coogler, Zinzi Coogler, Sev Ohanian, Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Brad Winderbaum, Zoie Nagelhout, and Kevin Feige.
The cast of Ironheart also includes Jim Rash, Lyric Ross, Harper Anthony, Manny Montana, Alden Ehrenreich, Shea Couleé, Zoe Terakes, Regan Aliyah, Shakira Barrera, Sonia Denis, Paul Calderón, and Rashida “Sheedz” Olayiwola.
