Is ‘One Piece’ still dominating on Netflix’s English TV chart as ‘Love at First Sight’ tops other titles?

Netflix’s Top 10 for the week of September 11-17 is out, and “One Piece” continues to dominate the English-language TV chart. The show recently received a Season 2 pickup and gained another 10 million total views in its second week of availability.

In its first four days on Netflix, the live-action adaptation of the Japanese manga quickly rose to the top of the streaming platform’s top 10 chart with 18.5 million total views. During the August 28-September 3 viewing window, the series reached the top 10 in 93 countries and debuted at No. 1 in 46 countries with 140.1 million hours viewed. It remained the most-viewed title for the September 4-10 viewing window with another 19.2 million total views. Comparatively, Netflix’s live-action adaptation of “Cowboy Bebop,” which was canceled after one season, opened at No. 9 with 15.26 million hours viewed in its first four days.

On the film side, Netflix’s latest romantic comedy “Love at First Sight” debuted at the top of the English Films chart with 14.1 million total views, surpassing Adam Sandler’s “You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah,” which earned another 4.3 million total views in its fourth week among the top 10.

In terms of TV shows, “Virgin River” remains at No. 2 on the chart with 9.6 million total views, slightly increasing from the previous week’s 9 million views. The U.K. thriller “Who is Erin Carter?” holds the No. 3 spot for the second week in a row, despite experiencing a significant drop in views from 7.1 million to 3.8 million. “Top Boy” Season 3 maintains its fourth-place position with 3.7 million total views in its first full week of availability.

Among the newcomers on the chart this week are “Selling the OC” Season 2, “Surviving Summer” Season 2, “Glow Up” Season 5, and “Inside the World’s Toughest Prisons” Season 7, which landed at No. 5, No. 7, No. 8, and No. 9, respectively.

Additionally, “Spy Ops” garnered 2.6 million total views, and “Predators” received 1.7 million total views.
